New Product Announcement

Truv is now approved with Freddie Mac

Truv is delighted to announce our new strategic collaboration with Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor® (LPASM) asset and income modeler (AIM), to simplify mortgage lending processes through our automated employment and income verification technology. As an approved service provider supporting AIM, Truv’s platform automatically verifies over 100 unique borrower income and employment data points. By extracting a borrower’s payroll information and conducting real-time verifications in a user-friendly manner, Truv automates one of the industry’s most time-consuming and costly processes.

Dark Matter(fka BlackKnight) Platform Integration

Truv is thrilled to announce our latest integration with Dark Matter Technologies, a leading Loan Origination Platform, Empower and Exchange Service Network which connects over 17,000 mortgage vendors with top mortgage lenders, streamlining communication, collaboration, and processing in a secure and compliant manner.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in advancing the mortgage industry, simplifying income and employment verification for lenders and empowering Truv’s clients with enhanced capabilities for streamlined and efficient loan origination processes. This integration is readily available for all Dark Matter customers starting March 1st.

Truv Platform Updates

Encompass Improvements

We’re excited to introduce several enhancements to our Encompass integration, designed to make your workflow more efficient:

  • GSE Report ID Automation: Unlike other providers, you no longer need to manually copy and paste the Report ID to submit reports to GSEs. We now automatically add the GSE Report ID directly in the Encompass platform.
  • Simplified Encompass Automation: With a few settings adjustments in your Encompass admin panel, Truv can be automatically triggered within the Encompass platform, easing the process for loan officers (LOs), loan officer assistants (LOAs), and processors.
  • Borrower Verification Consolidation: Truv now automatically consolidates all completed verifications at the borrower level, regardless of the platform used to order them, and makes them available in the Encompass eFolder.
  • Integrated Invoicing: Truv introduces invoice generation within the Encompass platform, offering greater customization for our clients. Whether fees are passed to branches or borrowers, invoices are now generated at the borrower level, simplifying the process of passing on fees.

Bulk Upload in Orders

We understand efficiency is key and have implemented the Bulk Order feature within the Truv Dashboard. No matter which Truv product you’re utilizing, you can now process orders in bulk, significantly reducing time and effort for your operations team. This enhancement allows for the generation of thousands of verifications or member switches in a single action.
