Changelog
Get the latest feature updates in Truv

- Updated Employer Report Design: Truv has updated the format and design of the link-level reports (aka employer report) to match the formatting of the user-level reports (aka borrower report).
- Improved New Order Display Speed: In Encompass, we have reduced the delay in showing newly created orders in the ‘Order status’ tab to prevent confusion caused when newly created orders would not appear.
- Added Tidalwave Filter Options in Truv Dashboard: Tidalwave POS now passes a ‘Tidalwave’ source value for orders created in their system, which can be used as a filter in the Reporting and Orders tabs of the Truv Dashboard.
- Fixed an issue in Truv Dashboard Customization → Templates where the Truv bridge preview was not rendering.

- New Incomplete Income Disclaimer: To prevent lenders from rejecting an application in scenarios where a non-EOY paystub is causing artificially low annual income summary values, we have added a disclaimer to the report PDF to identify this scenario.
- Enhanced Report Text Display: In rare cases on the Truv PDF report, the email address or certification text could overlap with other data, which has been fixed.
- Added new value
tidalwaveto thesourceenum for Cancel an order, Create a data refresh order, Retrieve an order, Get list of orders by SSN, Create an order.
- Updated VOE Template Default Verbiage: To improve alignment between default templates and most common use-cases, we updated the VOE template default verbiage to reference employment verification as opposed to an employment history verification from a prospective employer.

- MFA Login Access: Truv Dashboard now requires MFA setup and authentication during login for users who have access to Truv Production API Keys. See our MFA FAQ for more details.
- Enhanced Dashboard Email Sign-Up: We improved handling for public emails that try to sign-up through Google or Microsoft social pathways by immediately detecting these and requesting users to sign-up with a work email address.

- Generate VOE Report from Existing VOI Data: For scenarios where a loan proceeds very quickly to closing or a user orders the wrong product during refresh, Truv now allows users to generate a VOE report using already connected data in the VOI order. This will return a VOE version of the report and GSE Report ID, which can be used to validate employment, without borrower re-authentication.
- New Manual and ASO DVOE Report Generation: To support lenders who have already verified employment via assets, we added the option to create a new manual or ASO order with the Deposit-based verification of employment product. Now this report can be ordered via initial or refresh order.
- Create Order Without Employer Specified: For cases where the employer is unknown or missing from the loan file, but lenders want to order VOI or VOE, users can now create an order in Encompass without an employer specified. Borrowers can then search and connect their employers.
