When you introduce Truv to new customers, whether a colleague, partner, or industry peer, you earn exclusive rewards while helping others modernize their verification workflows.

Anyone can participate. Whether you are a current Truv customer, partner, or advocate, you are eligible to refer and earn rewards once your referral becomes an onboarded customer.

Each referred customer receives a substantial discount on their first invoice, a dedicated success manager to guide implementation, and early access to new features.

Referral credits are flexible rewards you earn through the Elevate program. Once your referral is verified, you can redeem your credits as cash payouts, Amazon gift cards, premium Truv merchandise, personalized gifts, or charitable donations. We will confirm your preferred option upon verification to align with your or your company’s policies.

An onboarded customer is a business that signs up through your referral, completes full onboarding including integration, and goes live on the Truv platform. The customer must select one of Truv’s paid plans: Growth, Professional, or Enterprise. Pay-as-you-go accounts are not eligible. If you refer a high-volume or enterprise client, we offer enhanced rewards subject to review.

You will receive a quarterly summary of your referrals and reward status from your Truv Customer Success Manager, including your progress through the Elevate tiers.

Referring Truv allows you to help peers streamline their income, employment, and asset verification processes while earning meaningful rewards. You also become part of a community that is shaping the future of verification technology.

Truv Elevate goes beyond simple reward payouts. It is a recognition platform for trusted advisors and industry leaders. Participants gain access to early product features, co-marketing opportunities, private events, and product influence through our roadmap discussions.

Yes! You can refer your own company to Truv. If you are in a position to influence the buying decision at your organization, you are eligible to earn rewards through the Elevate program when your company becomes a Truv customer.
