Truv Platform Updates
Truv VOIE in Tidalwave POS is Live
This point-of-sale integration gives lenders using Tidalwave access to embedding Truv’s direct-to-source income and employment verifications directly in the loan application.
Truv VOIE in Blue Sage is Live
We’re thrilled to have announced our integration with Blue Sage, bringing Truv’s real-time income and employment solution directly into the Blue Sage Loan Origination System (LOS).
Encompass
To streamline and further automate lender workflows in Encompass, Truv enabled importing Verification of Assets data from the POS to Encompass and other improvements to status updates and ASO ordering.
- Customizable Status Update Recipients: A new field mapping has been introduced to support mortgage lenders with custom roles, enabling the option to send order status updates to any email address in the loan file. Refer to our guide for setup instructions.
- Automated Service Ordering (ASO) Customization for ‘Not Enough Data’ Indicator: Now, lenders have flexibility to enable or disable automated order placement for employers that do not have enough data to determine a success rate (grey indicator).
- Automated Service Ordering (ASO) Multi-Order Condition: Lenders have the option to trigger VOIE and VOA orders simultaneously using one ASO condition.
nCino
- Follow-Up Task Release: When borrowers skip Truv’s asset verification and/or income & employment verification during the loan application, nCino auto-generates follow-up tasks, creating actionable to-dos for both loan officers and borrowers to see post loan application submission. - Automated Transfer of VOA Report & Data from nCino to Encompass: Truv has expanded support for VOA Reports and data fields to auto-populate in Encompass supporting cross-platform flexibility. Verify assets in the point-of-sale and refresh from the LOS without manually uploading documents or moving systems. Reach out to your CSM for setup.
- Self-Registration for Lenders: Comprehensive self-service configuration capabilities have been released for lenders to independently manage and customize their verification settings without requiring technical support. Follow the instructions to go live:

Truv Dashboard & Order Updates
Recent Truv Dashboard enhancements have supported Truv Verification of Assets as well as improvements for ordering and dashboard views for team members.
- Adding Financial Institutions to Dashboard Order Form: For customers who create orders via Truv Dashboard, we now allow specifying financial institutions that should be included in the order for Assets and Transactions products.
- Custom Notes Field in Orders: To support cross-team collaboration and enhanced visibility, a customizable ‘Notes’ field is available in Orders.
- Enhanced Filtering and Viewing Team Member Templates: For companies with many team members and templates, a new filter and column have been added to the Team Members tab. Search and select templates in the filter to display assigned team members.
Conversion Improvements
Truv’s monitoring system constantly tracks our network of payroll providers, employers, and financial institutions to identify and eliminate bottlenecks that slow down data parsing and retrieval.
