In March, our team dedicated their efforts to enhancing the Truv platform with a focus on user experience. We’ve implemented several key improvements to make the Truv experience more intuitive and easy to use. Here’s what’s new:
Truv Dashboard & Order Updates
- New Billing Manager Role for Dashboard Access: For team members who require access to Truv billing and invoicing, we’ve introduced a new Billing Manager role, providing visibility into the following pages: Reporting, Usage, Coverage, Support, Docs, Company, Billing, and Profile. Account Owner or Admins can assign this role to new or existing users in Truv Dashboard → Team.
- Truv Support Enhancements:
- Customer Portal: Truv has migrated the Truv support experience to Hubspot. Access the new HubSpot Customer Portal via the Help → Support tab in the Truv Dashboard to submit and track tickets.
- AI-Powered Chat: In the bottom-right corner of Truv Dashboard, the new chat box offers instant assistance to users, answers questions, provides easy access to Help Center content, and connects users to our Support team if needed.
Conversion Improvements
Truv prioritizes what matters for our customers: conversion. Through continuous monitoring of our payroll systems and employer network, we monitor and resolve any barriers to efficient data retrieval and parsing. Review recent conversion enhancements here:
