- Based on the lifecycle of the loan, we noticed that some loans were getting triggered for borrower authentication automatically for re-verifications. This can be challenging when your loan officers are trying to close a loan and add additional delays. In order to address this issue, we have now added an additional configuration for LOs to approve or cancel borrower notifications. Using an additional popup window now LOs can choose an option to notify the borrower or cancel it during the refreshing data. Please reach out to implementation@truv.com to configure this setting.
